The Department of Public Works and its contractor Pipeworks announced that a portion of Umi Street, between Rice Street and Ewalu Street, in Līhu‘e will be closed July 25-29 from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.
The lane closure is necessary for water meter installation work.
Motorists are advised to expect brief and occasional delays. Please exercise caution and drive slowly when commuting through the work area.
