Eastbound Lane of Kaumuali‘i Highway in ‘Ele‘ele Now Open

Both lanes are now open, police stated at 7:15 a.m.

Due to a traffic crash, the eastbound lane of Kaumuali‘i Highway in ‘Ele‘ele near the vicinity of ‘Ele‘ele Big Save is closed, police reported Saturday morning at 6:30 a.m.

According to Kaua‘i Police Department Dispatch, KPD personnel has opened the westbound lane for traffic. Updates will be provided when more information becomes available.
