Road resurfacing work will continue in Kālaheo next week.

The county Department of Public Works and contractor Maui Kupuno Builders announced that parts of Pai Street will be closed from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday, June 16-17, because of the road work, weather permitting, but also that the work will continue on Monday, June 20.

No parking will be allowed in the area where the work will be done. Flaggers will be positioned at both ends of the work zone to direct traffic.
