Solid Waste Phone Line Down, Kaua‘i Resource Center Closed May 24

Due to employee training, the general phone line for Solid Waste and Recycling will not be available on Tuesday, May 24. Additionally, the Kaua‘i Resource Center will also be closed.

Refuse and recycling services will not be impacted, including the Līhu‘e Redemption Center operated by Reynolds Recycling. However, composting bins, fluorescent lightbulb drop-off, and reuse drop-off will not be available at the Kaua‘i Resource Center. These services will resume on Wednesday, May 25.

Residents can leave a voicemail on the general line at 808-241-4841, and calls will be returned on Wednesday.
