Portions of Mailihuna Road, Hau‘a‘ala Road, and Kawaihau Road will be closed the first week of May for clearing and grubbing work, roadway excavation, and sidewalk construction.
The work is slated to take place from May 2-7 from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Motorists are encouraged to allow for extra travel time when driving near the work area and follow all construction traffic controls. Exercise caution and drive slowly when commuting through the work area.
