Daily Case Counts Continue Decline, 150 Reported Tuesday

The state Department of Health reported 150 new COVID-19 cases Tuesday, bringing the statewide total to 234,701. No new fatalities were reported.

A total of 14 new infections were identified Tuesday on the Garden Isle.

The island-by-island case count is as follows:

  • O‘ahu: 162,819
  • Hawaiʻi: 25,625
  • Maui: 27,772
  • Kaua‘i: 11,318
  • Moloka‘i: 931
  • Lana‘i: 618
  • Pending: 0
  • Out-of-State: 5,618

A total of 8,136 individuals have been hospitalized as a result of COVID-19 infection since the pandemic began, while at least 1,304 have died.
