Portion of Ala Kalanikaumaka to Close for Resurfacing Work

Ala Kalanikaumaka, from the Kōloa Road roundabout to Lopaka Paipa Boulevard, in Kōloa will be closed next week for road resurfacing work.

The closure will take place Feb. 22-25 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., weather permitting. Signs and Flaggers will be positioned along the closure to detour traffic around the work zone.

During this time, no parking will be allowed in the work zones. Motorists will be detoured to Lopaka Paipa Boulevard during this closure.

Motorists are advised to make the appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary road closures, detours, and adjusted traffic flow. Use alternate routes and allow for extra time to get to destinations.
