This year’s show features a “Meet the Quilters” reception from 5-8 p.m. today. The community can come meet many of the quilters who made the quilts on display and talk story.

“We are all willing to share the stories behind the quilts and answer any questions you may have,” says an email to Kauaʻi Now announcing the event.

More than 70 locally-made quilts will be on display, many of which will be for sale. There also will be special designated donation quilts for sale, with 100% of their proceeds going to a Kauaʻi nonprofit of the buyer’s choice.
