A portion of Mailihuna Road in Kapa‘a will be closed from Feb. 7-11 from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The periodic one-lane closures on Mailihuna Road are necessary for sidewalk construction, driveway construction and roadway excavation.
A temporary traffic detour route will be available through Kolohala Road. Motorists are advised to expect brief and occasional delays.

Exercise caution and drive slowly when commuting through the work area and along the detour route through Kolohala Road, which is narrow and near the homes of residents.
