Lane Closures Scheduled for Sections of Poʻipū Road

The county Department of Public Works and Hirata & Associates announced Tuesday, Feb. 1, upcoming lane closures for sections of Poʻipū Road.
Sections of the road from Kōloa Road to Ainako Street will be under one-lane closures from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Feb. 7-18, weather permitting.
The closures are necessary for exploratory boring work to obtain data for a future project.
Flaggers will be in the area, and motorists are advised to expect brief and occasional delays.
