Lane Closures Scheduled for Kolo and Kilauea Roads

The county Department of Public Works and Shannon & Wilson are announcing that sections of Kolo and Kilauea roads in Kilauea will be under one-lane closures from 8 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Thursday and Friday, Feb. 3-4, weather permitting.
The closures are necessary for boring installation work to obtain data for a future project. Flaggers will be in the area, and motorists are advised to expect brief and occasional delays.
