Police: California Woman Found

The Kauaʿi Police Department said Sunday morning, Jan. 30, that a California woman who was previously reported as missing has been located and is safe.
Rachel Vegas, 32, also known as Promise, was reported missing Friday in Anahola. She was found Saturday, Jan. 29.
Police thank the public for its assistance with locating Vegas.
