Authorities Seek Public Help Finding California Woman

The Kauaʿi Police Department is seeking the public’s help with locating a California woman who was reported missing in Anahola.

Thirty-two-year-old Rachel Vegas, also known as Promise, was last seen off Aliomanu Road. She is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds.

She has wavy, shoulder-length blond/light brown hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a light blue t-shirt and black and white baggy leggings.
