State Reports 3,875 New Cases Monday

The state Department of Health reported 3,875 new COVID-19 cases Monday, bringing the statewide total to 147,099. No new fatalities were reported.
A total of 134 new infections were identified Monday on the Garden Isle.

The island-by-island case count is as follows:
- O‘ahu: 104,574
- Hawaiʻi: 16,099
- Maui: 16,168
- Kaua‘i: 5,447
- Moloka‘i: 537
- Lana‘i: 264
- Pending: 0
- Out-of-State: 4,010

A total of 5,376 individuals have been hospitalized as a result of COVID-19 infection since the pandemic began, while at least 1,105 have died.
