Kapa‘a Swimming Pool to Be Closed

A staffing shortage is the culprit behind an upcoming closure of the Kapa‘a swimming pool.
The county Department of Parks and Recreation announced Tuesday that the swimming pool will be closed from Thursday, Dec. 23, to Jan. 3, 2022.
The pool is scheduled to reopen Jan. 4, 2022.
Regular hours of operation for the pool are as follows:
- 10:30 a.m.-3:45 p.m. Tuesday.
- 7:30 a.m.-3:45 p.m. Wednesday through Friday.
- 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Saturday.
