An emergency water service shutdown will cause a partial lane shutdown in Wailua Homesteads starting at 10 a.m. today.
According to the Department of Water, a portion of Kuamo‘o Road will be closed in order to conduct repairs to the mainline. Water service will be turned off on a portion of Kuamo‘o Road and to include Hie Street, Iliki Street, Molo Street and Alahele Street.
Additionally, a one-lane closure will be set in place on Kuamo‘o Road from Lihau Street to Molo Street. Flagger personnel will be on-site to assist with traffic flow.
