Building Permit System Offline for Maintenance 5 Days in December

The Department of Public Works Building Division is announcing that the Building Permit Electronic Plan Review System (ePlan) will be offline to users from midnight Dec. 8 to midnight Dec. 12 for required maintenance.
On Monday, Dec. 13, ePlan is expected to be accessible to users.
