Sections of Kōloa, Maluhia Roads Slated for Road Work

Partial lane closures are scheduled on multiple sections of Kōloa and Maluhia Roads from Sept. 27 to Oct. 1.

The closures are to allow for punch list items and striping operations. The road work will take place from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Motorists are advised to expect brief and occasional delays.

Ōma‘o Road is a narrow residential road that is not intended to be used as a detour route and not designed for high volumes of traffic or truck traffic. The speed limit is 25 mph for the entire length of Ōma‘o Road. Through trucks are prohibited on Ōma‘o Road for the duration of this project.
