Water Service Shutdown on Portion of Haua’ala Road

Emergency mainline repairs are underway on a portion of Haua’ala Road to due a damaged waterline in Kapa’a.

Water will be shut off for approximately four to six hours as Department of Water crews repair the line. Work will take place from Makamaka Street to the north end of Haua’ala Road.

Intermittent lane closures may be in place on Haua’ala Road when necessary, in order to create a safe work zone for crews. Motorists are asked to drive with caution and adhere to flagger personnel in the area.
