Road resurfacing work scheduled in Līhu‘e will occur along the entire length of Lala Road, starting next week.
According to the Department of Public Works, the resurfacing will take place from June 15-17 on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., weather permitting.
One lane of alternating traffic will be maintained. Flaggers will be positioned to assist motorists during these closures. Motorists are advised to make the appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary road closures, use alternate routes, and allow extra time to get to destinations.
