COVID Infections Remain Steady on Kaua‘i
The Hawai‘i Department of Health reported 61 new cases of coronavirus on Monday. The statewide total is now 33,267. No new COVID-related deaths were reported.
Six new cases of the virus were identified on the Kaua‘i Monday, per DOH statistics. A DOH map that tracks cases by district across all islands can be accessed on the department’s website.
The island-by-island case count is as follows:
A total of 2,182 individuals have been hospitalized as a result of COVID-19 infection since the pandemic began, while at least 488 have died.
