84 New Cases in Hawaii
The Hawai‘i Department of Health reported 84 new cases of coronavirus on Sunday. The statewide total is now 33,207. One new COVID-related death was reported.
No new cases of the virus were identified on Kaua‘i Sunday, per DOH statistics. The state’s two-week average is 85 new cases daily, with a test positivity rate of 1.5%.

A total of 2,180 individuals have been hospitalized as a result of COVID-19 infection since the pandemic began, while at least 488 have died.
