3 Arrested After Drugs Found in Lāwaʿi Home

The discovery of drugs during a search warrant executed on a Lāwaʿi home yielded three arrests.

Kauaʿi Police Department’s vice section performed the search on Thursday, April 22, where they found approximately 93.2 grams of methamphetamine, 3.2 grams of marijuana, cocaine residue, and $12,578 in US currency. The owner of the home, 60-year-old Stuart Rosenthal, was arrested on first-degree promotion of a dangerous drug. He was released on $20,000 bail.

Cheryl Estacio, 50, of Hanamāʿulu, and 44-year-old Keola Kaehu of Puhi were also taken into custody at the residence. Both were charged with third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug and released pending further investigation.
