The Hawai‘i Department of Health reported 73 new cases of coronavirus on Wednesday. The statewide total is now 31,561. No new COVID-related deaths were reported.
The state’s two-week average is 80 new cases daily, with a test positivity rate of 1.6%. A DOH map that tracks cases by district across all islands can be accessed on the department’s website.

Out-of-State: 1,022
A total of 2,088 individuals have been hospitalized as a result of COVID-19 infection since the pandemic began, while at least 474 people have died.
To date, a total of 1,087,674 doses of vaccine have been administered statewide.
