A Waimea woman was taken into custody earlier this month after being found with methamphetamine.
On April 8, Kauaʿi Police Department’s Vice Section executed a search warrant on a vehicle belonging to 65-year-old Roberta Bactad. During the search, police recovered approximately 80 grams of methamphetamine and $4,223 in US currency.
Bactad was arrested on first-degree promotion of a dangerous drug. She was booked and released on $20,000 bail.
