KPD Seeks Public’s Help Finding Fugitive

The Kaua‘i Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a fugitive.

Ezekiel Bagano, 23, of Wailua, is wanted on seven outstanding warrants totaling $161,500 for having failed to appear in court on numerous occasions for charges associated with criminal property damage.
Bagano is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 136 pounds. He has green eyes, black hair, and is of Filipino descent.
