The Kauaʿi Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying the man seen in the following photos. Police are looking to speak with him about an incident that occurred at the County of Kauaʿi’s Wailua Wastewater Treatment Plant located near Lydgate Beach Park on Nov. 30.
At approximately 11:30 p.m., surveillance footage showed this unknown male subject entering the facility. Several items were subsequently stolen from the property.
