A Po‘ipū man captured rainbows arching over Hanapepe while spending Saturday at Salt Pond Beach Park.
“We went there because the rest of the island was cloudy,” photographer Lucas Hamon explained. “It was pretty windy, but very pleasant down on the sand.”
Sunshine has been hit and miss as the winter weather has brought rain, flood advisories and high surf. Kaua‘i County is currently under a flash flood watch through this afternoon.
