On Dec. 27, Chalsie Honu Leia Quel posted images to social media of a double rainbow over the Hanapepe lookout.
Quel was returning home from Polihale State Park when she captured video and several photos of the rainbows.
“Kaua‘i gifted a Rare Double Rainbow,” she wrote.
