Water Advisory Expanded

The Department of Water (DOW) advises customers in Wailua Homesteads that due to unforeseen circumstances, the affected area of the scheduled water service shutdown has been expanded.
Water service has been turned off to customers on a portion of Opaeka`a Road; between Pulana Street and Ilalo Place. The affected area also includes customers on Pu`upilo Road, Pu`upilo Place, Pulama Road, Makana Road, Po`o Road, and Ilalo Place.
Water service will be turned off from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today in order to connect a new 6-inch water line to the existing water system.
