With a niche in the luxury market, agent Kassandra Starr joins The Agency Maui office in Wailea. Serving all of Maui, Starr strives to exceed expectations one client at a time and describes herself as extremely personable and responsive. She loves how real estate has provided her with a range of opportunities to meet and serve others in what most would call one's greatest investment. 

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Starr studied Business Management in Las Vegas prior to moving to the islands in 2005. She spent many years as an executive assistant to a Fortune 500 tycoon. Starr has also held executive positions within the hotel and airlines industry, where she learned top-notch customer service and integrity. She enjoys the fast-paced industry of real estate as it allows her amazing flexibility to never miss moments with her children. When shes not doing real estate or serving her community through various outreach programs, Starr spends her free time enjoying sunsets on the beach and raising her three daughters, two sons, and their furry family member, Ricky.
