Since 1994, FABMAC Homes, Inc. have been installing factory-built HUD Code homes. These homes are built to strict, national building codes that regulate design, construction, strength, durability, transportability, fire resistance, energy efficiency, and quality control. We feel these homes are superior, and we have found fewer problems with the structural components of these homes than with comparable site-built homes. We are open to the public by appointments only.
