Pukalani Family Practice has been serving the community of Upcountry Maui since 2005. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive medical care for patients ages 12 and up.
We provide a variety of primary care services which include telehealth services, chronic disease management, preventative services, GYN care, STD screening, minor surgical procedures and more.
Accepting new patients and most insurances. We also offer competitive self-pay rates.
COVID-19 UPDATE: Safety to our patients during these unprecedented times is our primary concern. We maintain social distancing protocols, wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and following stringent screening and sanitation protocols. Our team is proud to say we have all received the COVID-19 vaccine.
