Mangala Yoga is dedicated to the creation of auspicious beginnings for all who grace us with their presence. We welcome yoga students of all levels and provide a warm sense of community, knowledgeable and passionate teachers, and a wide range of classes and workshops you can grow with as you and your yoga practice evolve.
With over 35+ yoga classes per week, we offer both infrared heated and non-heated yoga classes for variations in your personal schedule and preference. Our yoga classes include strong vinyasa, slow vinyasa, candlelight (yin/restorative), yoga sculpt (with hand weights), Infrared vinyasa flow classes and "lava" yin (in an infrared heated studio).
Pre-register for all classes online as there is limited space in the studios.
