In observance of Independence Day, County of Kaua‘i offices will be closed on Monday, July 5, along with several other sites and services.

The Puhi Metals Recycling Center, the HI5 Redemption Center at the Kaua‘i Resource Center, and all the neighborhood centers will be closed on July 5. The Kekaha Landfill, HI5 Redemption Center in Kōloa, and all refuse transfer stations will be closed on Sunday, July 4.

The schedule for residential refuse pick-up will remain unchanged. The Kaua‘i Bus will be operating on its regular schedule on the holiday. Regular business hours for county offices and services will resume on Tuesday, July 6.
